Refund policy

One line, stated the same way everywhere on our sites.

No refunds. Every dataset ships a complete free sample with the identical schema so you can validate before buying; if a download fails, write to support and we deliver by hand.

Why the sample is the guarantee

Each product publishes a free sample drawn from the same build as the paid archive: the same tables, the same columns, the same provenance fields. What differs is the row count. Open the sample, run your joins and checks against it, and read the product's coverage table before you buy; the paid file will behave exactly the same way.

If something goes wrong with a delivery

If the download link does not work, the archive is corrupt, or you were charged and received nothing, write to support@dataengineered.io with your Stripe receipt. We re-deliver by hand within one business day. Products delivered by email (the SuppDB full snapshot and the RecallDB full corpus) arrive within 24 hours of payment; if they have not, the same address applies.

Data corrections

A wrong value is not grounds for a refund, but it is grounds for a fix. Every record cites its source; if a row does not match its source, report it through the product's contact form or to support and it is corrected in the next edition.
