Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to sell a file and answer a message. No advertising, no tracking cookies, no resale of anything you give us.

What is collected, and by whom

• Checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's pages. Stripe collects your card details, email and billing information under Stripe's privacy policy; we never see or store card numbers. After payment, our delivery service checks your Stripe checkout session to serve the download and records the session id, the product and the time of delivery so we can re-deliver if you ask.
• Contact forms. Messages sent through any of our forms go through Web3Forms to our team inbox. They contain what you typed: your name, email address, company if you gave one, and your message. We keep them as ordinary email for as long as the conversation is useful.
• Analytics. All our sites use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not fingerprint or identify visitors. It gives us page views, referrers and load times in aggregate. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers.
• Free samples elsewhere. Samples are also published on GitHub, Hugging Face and Kaggle. Downloads there are governed by those platforms' own policies.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your contact details or purchase history with anyone, we do not send marketing email, and we do not run ads. The only third parties that see your data are the ones named above, each for the single purpose described.

Your rights

To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, including contact-form messages and delivery records, write to support@dataengineered.io from the address you used. We answer within one business day and act on deletion requests unless a record must be kept for accounting.
